Our mornings typically begin between 5:00-6:00 AM with coffee and a continental breakfast. Your guide will let you know the plan the night before and when to be in your vehicle ready to follow him to the hunting spot. All guides stay on sight in a separate building from the lodge. Morning hunts for waterfowl are fully guided and normally last until mid-morning and then it is back to our lodge for a delicious prepared lunch.
If you do not limit out in the morning, your guide will set you out in the afternoon on one of our surrounding property ponds and while you hunt he will be scouting for the next morning’s hunt. If you choose not to waterfowl hunt in the afternoon, there are upland bird opportunities and trap shooting around the lodge or simply stay at the lodge and relax until supper time.
